I can’t say enough about how unbelievable Cadre is as a whole and how it has helped me grow both personally and professionally. It is truly is an unbelievable community I’ve made some great friends and mentors who always are willing to lend an ear or give feedback on business ideas. The depth of knowledge from the members is remarkable. Cadre has three primary events that are remarkable and very valuable for business. They have three primary event formats: YOUniversity events, member-led presentations, and “un-networking” roundtables.

Middleburg Film Festival
The Middleburg film festival was an unbelievable experience. The quaint town of Middleburg, VA, hosted the first annual film festival and we were greeted by friendly locals and great dining. I saw some great films. My top picks were The Butler, Nebraska, and Harvest of Empire. I really enjoyed the multiple panel discussions. I have to say that the Salamander Resort was outstanding. The service and accommodations were impeccable. It was a great resort. I met a lot of great people, and I’m looking forward to going back next year.
